Assessors of the TGCSA

One of the most critical links between the Grading Council and its graded accommodation establishment or conference venues are our Assessors.

All of our Grading Assessors have had previous hospitality experience and have a full understanding of the dynamics of this highly demanding industry. They have also completed a Tourism Grading Council approved training course under SAQA’s unit standard 11317 ‘Grade an Establishment’

TGCSA assessors carry ID's and business cards displaying the TGCSA logo.
TGCSA assessors must make an appointment before visiting an establishment.
